Flexcube Project Manager

Job Description:

Exp: 15+ years of experience as a Project/Program manager in core banking transformation projects

Location: Customer Location (Onsite); If it’s Offshore the location will be Bangalore

Np: Immediate Joiners

Preferred 12+ years of experience in Project/Program Managers with experience in managing transformation projects in Core banking /Corporate Banking (FLEXCUBE) applications.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of banking solutions and implementation of banking applications.

Should have strong Flexcube functional experience including core, casa, treasury, loans, payments, trade and Islamic finance modules

Key responsibilities: – • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, cross functional teams independently to deliver the project as per the project plan

– Manage stakeholders (both internal and external)

– Collaborate with onsite and offshore team to ensure requirements are met

– Take ownership of end-to-end execution of the project

– Provide subject matter expertise to customers on core banking transformations

– Previous onsite assignments will be a plus

• Should be willing to travel to customer locations for 6 to 8 months

• Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Should be able to track and monitor revenue targets.

• Should have experience to discuss requirements with customers

• Should be able to provide solution for user requirement and queries

• Should be able to provide user training sessions

• Coordination with Bank and implementation team

• Functional support during testing and production

• Status reports and weekly reports preparation and presentation

Must have skills: –

• 15+ years of experience as a Project/Program manager in core banking transformation projects

– Strong implementation experience in Flexcube implementation

– Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

– Should be self-driven, committed, take ownership and responsibility of tasks assigned

– Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies experience

– Good presentation, analytical and communication skills

– Must be a quick learner

– Ability to deliver projects within the given timeline and budget
