Competencies: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Architect or Developer Expert, Oracle Database SQL Certified Professional, Microsoft .NET Architect, Mendix Advanced Developer or equivalent low-code certification, TOGAF (for architecture roles), Strategic Leadership & Decision-Making, Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration, Mentorship & Capability Development, Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail & Governance, Effective Communication, Adaptability under Ambiguity, Programming: Expert-level proficiency in .NET (VB.NET/C#), SQL, and legacy systems, Low-Code Platforms: Deep experience with PowerApps, Mendix, and structured data architecture, ETL & Data Workflows: Proven leadership in ETL design, governance, and performance optimization, System Design: Ability to influence enterprise architecture and platform modernization, Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with banking systems, compliance frameworks, and secure practices, Leadership: Strong mentorship skills and ability to drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Duties: Jr-Level-Develop and maintain applications using low-code platforms, .NET, and legacy technologies. Mid-Level-Lead development and enhancement of applications using low-code platforms, .NET, and legacy technologies. Sr-Level-Lead the development and modernization of applications using low-code platforms, .NET, and legacy systems. Expert Level-Define and lead the modernization of legacy applications and low-code platforms to align with enterprise architecture.
