Role – Accounts Manager / Project Manager / Program Manager
Experience – 12 to 15 Years
Location – Bangalore
12 to 15 years’ experience of Project/Program Managers with experience in managing
transformation projects in Core banking/Retail banking/Corporate Banking/digital applications.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of banking solutions and implementation of
banking applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, cross functional teams independently to
deliver the project as per the project plan - Manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore team to ensure requirements are met
- Take ownership of end-to-end execution of the project
- Provide subject matter expertise to customers on core banking transformations
- Previous onsite assignments will be a plus
-Should be willing to travel to customer locations for short term durations
-Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Should be able to track and monitor revenue targets.
-Should work with Sales and Business Development teams in procuring new orders.
Must have skills:
- 12-15 years of experience as a Project/Program manager in core banking transformation
projects - Strong implementation experience in Retail banking/Corporate Banking/Digital applications in
any core banking applications like Flexcube/Finacle/Temenos/TCS Bancs etc - Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Should be self-driven, committed, take ownership and responsibility of tasks assigned
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies experience
- Good presentation, analytical and communication skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Ability to deliver projects within the given timeline and budget
