Job Description:
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for trade finance operations
• Configure OBTF product setup, charge definitions, rules and accounting rules
• Perform gap analysis between standard OBTF functionality and bank-specific processes.
• Support UAT, conduct user training, and document solution flows.
• Good understanding of trade finance lifecycle and instruments
• Design and implement integrations with:
o Core Banking (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE)
o Digital Channels (e.g., OBDX)
o SWIFT and other payment gateways
o Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Proficiency in:
o Oracle PL/SQL, Java/J2EE
o Web services (SOAP/REST), XML/XSLT
o Oracle DB
• Experience in OBTF product configuration and screen customization using RAD.
• Extend OBTF using Oracle’s extensibility framework (ADF, Java, PL/SQL).
• Provide L2/L3 support for OBTF-related incidents and technical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot functional and integration issues.
• Optimize queries and application performance in OBTF environments.
• Develop and enhance OBTF interfaces with core banking systems, SWIFT gateways,
document management systems, and digital channels (e.g., OBDX).
• Create and maintain PL/SQL scripts, Java-based services, and API integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
• Experience with integration to external systems (SWIFT, AML, Core Banking).
• Ability to write and interpret BRDs, FSDs, TSDs, and traceability matrices.
• Exposure to OBDX, FLEXCUBE, or other Oracle Banking products.
• Experience with SWIFT message types (MT7xx) and trade finance workflows.
