Job Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including consulting or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
- Strong experience with:
- Multi-modal AI (NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition).
- Document intelligence (OCR, text extraction, classification, NLP for document processing).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in dynamic, client-driven environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including explainability and fairness.
- Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Prior experience working with BFSI, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
